First Responders Mental Health
Hello and welcome to the forum. This is meant for all emergency personnel (Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatch) to post their thoughts and opinions on mental health. Please feel free to voice your opinion. Some questions to get you started or reply could be;

I have been a just responded for eight years. I wanted to join because I had family in the service and I just want to help with the people and I also enjoy problem-solving. I think being a first responder affects your mental health because of the things you see the high stress levels and other factors.
